If you've ever lived in New York City, then you probably know how crazy it is to find an apartment there. Often times people spend over two grand a month for a studio, which is completely out of whack with the rest of the world. In retrospect I was super fortunate to get a shared loft in Brooklyn after I graduated from college (shout out to Jon O).
